Job Summary

HR & Admin Executive to oversee and coordinate all human resources and administrative operations. Responsible for implementing HR strategies, supporting employee engagement, handling recruitment, and ensuring efficient office administration. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about creating a productive work environment.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain HR records, contracts, and confidential files in compliance with company policies
  • Coordinate performance management and employee appraisal processes
  • Manage payroll, leave administration, and statutory compliance (e.g., pension, tax, NHF)
  • Handle office administration including procurement, logistics, and facility management
  • Organize staff training, development programs, and team-building activities
  • Resolve employee concerns and ensure workplace harmony
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR practices
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
  • Act as the liaison between employees and management


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
  • Minimum of 2-4 years experience in a similar HR/Admin role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Hands-on experience with HR software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Discretion, ethics, and trustworthiness in handling confidential information
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) are an added advantage
