Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Ibadan for a Hotel General Manager. The Hotel General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards in all areas, including food and beverage. The role also involves budgeting, business management, and ensuring the hotel operates efficiently and profitably. The General Manager will develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and ensure the overall success of the hotel.

- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the hospitality industry and strong OPERA PMS proficiency is a must.
