Job Summary:
The Head of Marketing at Beviks Realty Ltd will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all marketing activities. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns to promote the company’s real estate offerings, increase brand visibility, drive qualified leads, and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Craft the marketing budget and oversee resource allocation across digital and traditional channels.
Branding & Communications
- Build and maintain a strong brand image for Beviks Realty across all channels.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral—brochures, signage, presentations, etc.
- Manage media relations, press releases, and corporate communication.
Digital & Content Marketing
- Supervise the development of the company website and ensure it is optimized for conversions.
- Lead content strategy for blogs, newsletters, videos, and social media.
- Oversee SEO/SEM, email marketing campaigns, and paid ads (Google, Facebook, Instagram).
Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Develop and implement campaigns that generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to align marketing efforts with property sales goals.
- Set up and manage CRM tools to track leads, conversion, and engagement.
Team Management & Reporting
- Lead and develop a small marketing team (in-house or outsourced).
- Monitor and report performance of marketing campaigns, assess ROI and KPIs.
- Present monthly and quarterly reports to management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦400,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Real Estate Marketing: 4 years (Required)
