- The Head of Marketing is responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy of Heritage Homes, with a strong focus on real estate campaigns, digital visibility, and on-ground lead generation.
- The role oversees both in-house and field marketing activities while coordinating content creation and brand management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for real estate products.
- Coordinate the efforts of the creative and field marketing teams.
- Collaborate with sales to ensure marketing efforts are generating qualified leads.
- Track ROI on paid campaigns and lead sources.
- Supervise and approve digital content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Analyze real estate market trends and consumer data to adjust marketing tactics.
- Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate print production, flyers, and traditional real estate promotions.
- Lead strategy for events, expos, open house promotions, and real estate activations.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience in real estate marketing.
- Strong leadership and strategy execution capabilities.
- Experience managing creatives and field marketers.
- Proficiency in digital tools like Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with real estate marketing acumen.
Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
