Seeking a Google Ads Manager to manage and scale our Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Search campaigns.
We're already seeing strong conversions across our product range and are now looking for an expert to optimize current campaigns, improve feed quality, and unlock international growth potential.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Google Shopping and PMAX campaigns
Run weekly budget pacing, asset performance checks, and conversion tracking reviews
Launch and scale campaigns in new markets
Work with the creative team to test new UGC and ad asset types
Improve keyword targeting, segmentation, and feed product titles/descriptions
Troubleshoot and maintain product feeds using Google Merchant Center
Provide performance reports and clear, actionable insights
Collaborate with team to increase campaign-level ROAS and reduce CPA
Requirements
4+ years experience running Google Ads for ecommerce
Proven success scaling Shopping & Performance Max campaigns
Strong knowledge of keyword strategy, bid management, and ad testing
Intermediate experience in Google Merchant Center – feed setup, approvals, and optimization
Results-driven mindset, able to work independently and report clearly
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦500,000.00 per month
Experience:
- running Google Ads for ecommerce: 4 years (Preferred)
- scaling Shopping & Performance Max campaigns: 3 years (Preferred)
- Google Merchant Center – approvals, and optimization: 2 years (Preferred)
- keyword strategy, bid management, and ad testing: 4 years (Preferred)
