Are you a performance-driven media buyer with a proven track record in managing and scaling paid ad campaigns? We are seeking a results-oriented Media Buyer to join the team and take the lead on primarily Google Ads (Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Ads experience are nice to have).
Responsibilities:
- Plan, set up, and manage paid ad campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Google, and YouTube
- Analyse and optimise campaign performance to meet KPIs and maximise ROAS
- Manage decent to high ad spend across multiple clients/accounts
- Implement conversion tracking across platforms, ensuring proper attribution
- Integrate tracking and reporting with GoHighLevel (GHL), including pipelines and lead flows
- Provide regular performance reports and insights with strategic recommendations
- Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, and funnels to drive continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of media buying experience with Google Ads (and TikTok, YouTube Ads)
- Strong understanding of ad metrics, pixel setup, attribution, and funnel tracking
- Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager, and TikTok Pixel
- Proven ability to manage monthly ad spend with strong performance outcomes
- Comfortable with fast-paced agency environments and working across multiple client campaigns
- Excellent English communication skills, especially in presenting results and insights
