We are looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist with proven expertise in sponsored campaigns. If you can set up, optimize, and troubleshoot ads with precision and know exactly how to get brands in front of the right audience, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch, manage, and scale paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
- Define and execute precise target audience.
- Monitor performance, analyze results, and make impactful optimizations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ad account or campaign issues quickly.
- Provide actionable recommendations and strategies to boost ROI.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and advertising best practices.
- Deliver clear performance reports with insights clients can act on.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of running successful sponsored ads.
- Strong expertise in audience targeting and retargeting.
- Skilled at resolving ad related issues.
- Proficient in Ads Manager and analytics tools on Facebook/Instagram.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Points:
- Experience handling ads for multiple brands or industries.
- Knowledge of Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads. (Not compulsory)
