The Ads Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, and property portals. The goal is to generate qualified leads, increase brand visibility, and drive conversions for property sales, site visits, and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) tailored to real estate buyers.
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting optimized for conversion.
- Set up A/B tests to optimize creatives, headlines, CTAs, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign budgets, click-through rates, and lead quality.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align ad campaigns with available properties and offers.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with platform algorithms, trends, and compliance policies
