Role Description
This is a contract role for a Front Office Manager, based on-site in Benin City. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and providing high-quality customer service. Daily tasks include managing office administration, handling guest inquiries, supervising front office staff, and communicating effectively with both guests and team members.

- Office Administration skills for managing day-to-day front desk operations
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure guests have a pleasant experience
- Front Office experience to supervise and coordinate front office activities
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
