Responsibilities:

• Welcome all patients, visitors, and guests with a cheerful and professional demeanor
• Register patients accurately using the hospital’s EMR (Helium Health) system
• Guide patients through their consultation, lab, scan, pharmacy, or admission processes
• Handle and follow up on HMO approvals, codes, and billing processes
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls/messages professionally
• Maintain an organized and calm front desk environment even in busy situations
• Serve as a communication bridge between patients and clinical departments
• Ensure all patient complaints or queries are quickly directed to the right department
• Keep accurate records of all front desk activities and generate daily reports
• Promote the company services and engage in word-of-mouth marketing to clients
• Collaborate closely with other units (nursing, lab, pharmacy, scan, admin) for smooth flow
• Provide feedback on customer experience and areas of improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND or HND in any discipline
• Basic experience with HMO companies is a strong advantage
• Must be jovial, smart, well-spoken, and emotionally intelligent
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Must be able to multitask efficiently and remain calm under pressure
• Strong computer literacy; familiarity with EMR systems is a plus
Ability to live-in for 48-hour shifts (accommodation provided)
