Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Educational Qualification: OND/HND/BSc in Hospitality, Administration, or a related field
Job Description:
The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for managing guest relations, handling reservations, and ensuring an excellent front-office experience. She will work closely with other departments to provide seamless hospitality services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and maintain accurate guest records.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Liaise with cleaners, maintenance, and security to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle reservations across booking platforms and update availability as needed.
- Maintain front desk organization and uphold a welcoming environment.
Core Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Attention to detail and organizational ability
- IT literacy and familiarity with booking/reservation systems
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
