Job Title: Food Order Processor
Reports to: Restaurant Manager / Head Chef / Operations Manager
Job Summary
The Food Order Processor is responsible for accurately receiving, confirming, and processing food and beverage orders from customers through various channels (in-person, phone, WhatsApp, or delivery platforms) and ensuring the kitchen team gets clear, timely instructions for preparation.

Key Responsibilities
- Order Management
- Receive and confirm customer orders via phone, online platforms, WhatsApp, or walk-ins.
- Enter orders accurately into the POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Ensure special requests, allergies, or dietary requirements are noted and communicated to the kitchen.
- Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery or pickup.
- Customer Communication
- Confirm order details, prices, and estimated delivery times with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or changes professionally.
- Provide menu information and upsell additional items when possible.
- Coordination with Kitchen & Delivery Team
- Relay orders promptly to kitchen staff.
- Work with delivery riders or dispatchers to ensure orders are sent out on time.
- Follow up with the kitchen to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Record Keeping & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and receipts.
- Report issues such as out-of-stock items or delays to management.
- Track and reconcile daily sales and order counts if required.

Pay: ₦55,000.00 - ₦60,000.00 per month
