DESCRIPTION:
Our client is looking for a Fulfillment Officer to join our team and ensure the seamless processing of orders, inventory management, and delivery operations. As a Fulfillment Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring that products are delivered accurately and on time. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee the order fulfillment process from start to finish.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely shipment of products.
- Resolve any issues related to order discrepancies or delays.
