Position: Chef

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and passionate Chefs to join a fast-paced fast food restaurant in Surulere. The ideal candidates will be skilled in preparing high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring timely food production for both dine-in and take-out orders.
Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and cook a variety of menu items in line with company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
Manage food inventory and reduce waste.
Ensure food is presented in an appealing and appetizing manner.
Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Work effectively with other kitchen staff to meet customer demand during peak hours.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Chef in a fast food or restaurant environment.
Knowledge of diverse cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Work Schedule:
Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Days: Monday – Sunday (One day off per week)
