Our Client is a mission-driven, specializing in premium herbal supplements and superfoods for humanity and require the service of an experienced Finance Business and performance manager to join our dynamic team in a strategic role that offers a clear pathway to Head of Finance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee comprehensive management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making across manufacturing and e-commerce operations
- Manage treasury operations including cash flow optimization, banking relationships, and liquidity management for operational needs
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement strategies
- Ensure accurate and timely management reporting to C-suite executives
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and monitor performance against financial targets
- Provide financial insights to support pricing strategies, investment decisions, and market expansion initiatives
- Perform other duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- HDN/BSC/MSC/MBA in Accounting or any related financial program
- Minimum of 10 years active work in Finance business partnering and financial planning, analysis and reporting, treasury management in any multinationals under Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, and/or E-commerce sector
- Professional qualification in accounting/finance e.g. ICAN is preferred
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling
- In-depth understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial data analysis
- Advanced degree in finance or professional qualification in accounting/finance
- Exposure to Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
