We are seeking a results-driven Business Manager to lead our Asset Finance Business Unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving a quarterly loan disbursement target of NGN500 million, supervising Customer Relationship Officers, and ensuring excellent client service.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth and achieve set financial targets, including quarterly loan disbursement goals
- Lead, supervise, and coach a team of Customer Relationship Officers to maximize productivity and performance
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the asset finance portfolio and expand the customer base
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities within the asset finance space
- Ensure compliance with credit risk policies, procedures, and documentation standards
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Prepare and present periodic performance reports to senior management Support credit appraisal, loan structuring, and disbursement processes to ensure efficiency and turnaround time
Requirements:
- Proven experience in asset finance, revenue generation, and loan recovery.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Analytical ability to structure complex financial deals.
- Collaborates With: Credit Risk, Collections, and Operations Team.
