Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Dryer Operator to join our production team. The Dryer Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining rubber drying equipment to ensure efficient product.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor rubber drying equipment (tray, rotary, or tunnel dryers)
- Load and unload rubber sheets or granules into drying machines.
- Adjust dryer settings such as temperature, drying time, and airflow based on product specifications.
- Inspect raw and dried rubber for moisture content and quality compliance.
- Record production data and maintain accurate drying logs. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety, and hygiene protocols at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE/OND/HND/B.Sc. in Mechanical Chemical or Industrial discipline or relevant technical certification.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment (rubber industry preferred)
- Basic knowledge of industrial dryer operation and safety practices.
- Physically fit and able to work in hot humid conditions.
- Good observation skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work shift hours weekends and overtime as required.
