Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Surulere Lagos for a Field Sponsorship and Marketing Lead. The Field Sponsorship and Marketing Lead will oversee daily tasks such as developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, communicating and visiting with potential sponsors, and managing sales efforts. The role requires collaboration with team members both in-person, ensuring effective customer service and promotion of the show.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication Customer Service and Field Marketing
• Experience in conducting Market Research and developing Marketing Strategies
• Proven track record in Sales and sponsor acquisition
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in the fashion or entertainment industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
