Job Description/Requirements
We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Lead (Growth-Focused, B2B SaaS)
Are you a data-driven growth marketer with a passion for scaling SaaS products? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Lead with proven experience in driving high-quality leads, building performance-focused marketing campaigns, and owning strategy end to end.
This is a strategic and executional leadership role . You will be responsible for building our growth engine, scaling customer acquisition, and driving pipeline results across outbound and inbound channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the digital marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, email, content, and outbound campaigns
- Design and optimize multi-channel funnels to drive qualified leads and convert them into paying customers
- Lead B2B outbound outreach efforts across LinkedIn, cold email, and other prospecting platforms, with automation and personalization at scale
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads (CPL/CAC/ROAS focused)
- Build and lead content strategy including blog, case studies, landing pages, and email nurturing campaigns that align with the customer journey
- Use tools like PhantomBuster, Instantly, Apollo, Clay, or Lemlist to scale outreach and engagement automation
- Develop and test lead magnets, CTAs, email sequences, and onboarding flows to increase conversions
- Collaborate with the product and sales team to build clear ICPs, positioning, and messaging frameworks
- Set up and monitor KPIs across the entire funnel (e.g., impressions, CTR, CPL, MQLs, SQLs, CAC, LTV)
- Own CRM and marketing automation tools ( HubSpot, Go HighLevel, or similar )
- Analyze campaign data, build dashboards, and iterate based on performance insights Manage freelancers/agencies as needed to support execution (e.g., copywriters, video editors, designers)

Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS or growth marketing , ideally leading digital efforts for an early-stage or scaling product
- Hands-on experience with outbound automation tools like PhantomBuster, Instantly, Apollo, Clay, or Waalaxy
- Deep understanding of paid media strategy (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) and funnel optimization
- Proficient in building, testing, and optimizing email marketing and drip campaigns
- Strong copywriting and messaging skills , especially for B2B lead generation
- Proven ability to create and implement full-funnel strategies from awareness to conversion
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices , on-page optimization, and growth content
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, HighLevel, Salesforce, etc.)
- Data-oriented mindset with experience in Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel Strong project management and leadership skills

- Experience building affiliate/partner marketing programs
- Ability to create and edit videos for social ads (using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Descript)
- Familiarity with n8n or Zapier for workflow automation
- Experience in product-led growth (PLG) environments or freemium SaaS strategies
- Understanding of AI or automation tech market
