Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition: Identifying potential customers, presenting internet service options, and closing sales.
- Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets for new customer sign-ups and subscriptions.
- Product Knowledge: Developing a strong understanding of the internet provider's products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Customer Support: Providing after-sales support, addressing installation issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Market Awareness: Monitoring competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences to refine sales approaches.
Requirements:
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in field sales, particularly in the telecommunications, ISP, or related sectors.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain positive relationships.
- Sales Techniques: Proficiency in using various sales techniques to identify leads, qualify prospects, and close deals.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Customer Service: Commitment to providing excellent customer service and support.
- Product Knowledge: Understanding of internet services, related products, and technologies.
- Digital Literacy: Proficiency in using smartphones, internet tools, and CRM systems for sales tracking and reporting.
