Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting our services and solutions, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, making sales calls, meeting sales targets, and traveling to client locations as needed. The role requires proactive and strategic thinking to drive sales growth and enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automobile or service industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely, as well as travel when needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of automobile repair services and spare parts is a plus Performance-Based structure compatibility
