creative agency helping businesses visually communicate their brand, and Branxl
Academy, a platform empowering individuals to transition into creative, tech, and

Role Summary
This is a dual role supporting the Founder and wider team in two key areas:
- Executive Assistant: Helping manage day-to-day operations, schedules, and
internal communications.
- Social Media Manager: Leading content planning, posting, and community
engagement for Branxl Design and Branxl Academy.
This dual-role position requires someone who is detail-oriented, communicative, and
also has a strong grasp of branding and social media strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant
- Manage calendar, appointments, and meeting coordination for the Founder.
- Organise internal documents, notes, and communications.
- Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action points.
- Support with onboarding partners, instructors, and clients.
- Assist with administrative tasks and maintain task tracking systems (e.g., Trello,
Notion).
- Help with event planning and logistics for online/in-person sessions.
Social Media Manager
- Develop and execute social media strategies for both Branxl Design and
Branxl Academy.
- Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn,
and Facebook.
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions.
- Analyse content performance and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with design and education teams to align messaging with brand
voice.
- Stay updated on social media trends and adapt them to our audience.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Social Media Manager (or
strong willingness to learn the EA side).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
- Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Notion, or similar.
- Familiarity with social media tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling
apps).
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and
collaboratively.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Graphic design or video editing skills.
- Experience working with startups or small teams.
- Understanding of online education or creative services.
