As we grow, we’re seeking a creative and detail-driven Social Media Assistant to join our marketing team.
Job Summary
The Social Media Assistant will support the daily management of Seinde Signature’s digital presence across all platforms. You’ll help craft visually appealing content, engage with our growing audience, and contribute to the storytelling that defines our premium fragrance identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Respond to DMs, comments, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Monitor trends in luxury, beauty, and fragrance to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Work closely with the photography, video, and store teams to source content (product launches, events, in-store moments).
- Maintain a consistent posting calendar aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Help organize influencer collaborations, giveaways, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure all content upholds the brand’s tone, aesthetics, and storytelling standards.
Requirements
- 2 year’s experience managing or assisting social media for a lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or luxury brand.
- Strong written communication and visual storytelling skills.
- Working knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or basic editing tools (Photoshop or InShot is a plus).
- Passion for digital media, creativity, and fragrance culture.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Experience running social media ads (Meta Business Suite).
- Photography or video editing experience.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing.
- Copywriting or blogging.
