Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Meeting Support: Attend and take clear, concise minutes of meetings; distribute notes and action items within 24 hours.
- Client Communication: Professionally handle incoming and outgoing calls from clients and partners.
- Email Management: Draft, send, and manage professional correspondences on behalf of the CEO.
- Social Media & WhatsApp Management: Manage posts, updates, and responses across WhatsApp groups, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, appointments, and ensure reminders are sent in a timely manner.
- Documentation: Organize and maintain electronic and paper files; ensure confidentiality and accessibility.
- Online Research: Conduct brief research as needed for meetings, reports, or presentations.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience
