We are looking for a reliable and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to provide personalized administrative support to a busy executive in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling a broad range of tasks independently while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and calendar updates across time zones.
- Coordinate virtual meetings, calls, and video conferences.
- Handle email correspondence, screen messages, and draft responses.
- Make travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Perform online research, data entry, and create reports or presentations.
- Assist with personal errands and ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation in a well-organized digital system.
- Manage reminders and follow-ups on tasks, deadlines, and events.
- Liaise with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and clients when needed.
- Support with online shopping, subscriptions, reservations, and bookings.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Virtual Assistant.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Trello, or other productivity platforms.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using various apps and cloud-based tools.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
Preferred:
- Prior experience supporting an executive or entrepreneur remotely.
- Familiarity with task/project management tools like Asana, Notion, or ClickUp.
- Availability to work flexible hours or across different time zones (if required).
