Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Buyer located in Port-Harcourt. The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, negotiating with suppliers, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods. The role also includes monitoring inventory levels, evaluating supplier performance, and coordinating with internal departments to meet project requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Procurement, Sourcing, and Vendor Management skills
• Supply Chain Management and Inventory Control skills
• Negotiation and Contract Management skills
• 2+ years of experience in procurement or buying.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the engineering or fabrication industry is a plus
