ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re seeking a Volunteer Digital Marketer who is creative, data-driven, and mission-aligned, someone who can help us grow our online presence, amplify our brand voices, and convert attention into meaningful engagement across all digital touchpoints. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who’s eager to gain experience while contributing to a high-growth, impact-focused organization
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support strategic planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns for all IC brands.
- Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Collaborate with the content team to publish platform-optimized posts, captions, and reels.
- Assist with email marketing strategy, segmentation, and engagement reports.
- Monitor analytics using tools like Meta Insights, and report performance.
- Work with the design team to ensure marketing creatives are aligned with IC’s brand identity.
- Contribute to the promotion of webinars, lead magnets, and service offerings. Stay up to date on trends and suggest new opportunities for visibility and growth
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Interest in IT systems and operations.
- Have some experience (or a strong learning interest) in digital marketing, content distribution, or social media strategy.
- Understand how to create value-driven, conversion-friendly content across platforms.
- Know how to use basic tools like Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or email marketing platforms like Mailchimp.
- Can write compelling captions, CTAs, and basic ad copy.
- Love learning, testing ideas, and collaborating with a growing remote team.
- Are proactive, organized, and not afraid to ask questions or suggest new ideas Are passionate about using your skills to help others grow, learn, or earn
