ROLE PURPOSE
The Van Representative is a frontline sakes role responsible for direct distribution and retail execution. they drive primepuff's products to retail outlets and key accounts ensuring availability, visibility and compliance with pricing and promotional guidelines.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
- Drive a company van to assigned territories for product delivery and sales
- Load, unload and manage inventory of tobacco products.
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers and small-scale distributors.
- Take orders, process transactions and issue receipts.
- Executive in-store merchandising and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activity and report market intelligence.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
KPIs
- Daily /weekly sales targets.
- Route coverage and outlet penetration.
- Inventory accuracy and shrinkage control.
- Execution of trade programs and promotions.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- OND or equivalent in Business, Marketing or related field.
- 2-3 years experience in van sales or route-to-market roles.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦120,000.00 per month
