The Analytics School, an edtech institution, is seeking a creative Digital Marketer who can help us tell our story, grow our online presence, increase student enrollment in our programs and drive more engagement across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the business goals
- Manage and grow our online presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Design and implement multi-channel student acquisition strategies
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Create engaging contents (60% videos and Graphics) that educates and converts
- Run and monitor targeted ads across social media to drive traffic and conversions
- Track analytics and suggest ways to improve reach and engagement
- Analyze user behavior and conversion data to identify growth opportunities
Requirements:
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, etc)
- Knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing (edtech experience is a plus)
- Strong content creation skills (writing, basic graphics with Canva or similar tools)
- Proficiency in social media marketing; optimising content for SEO
- Strong communication skills and a good sense of storytelling
