Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, innovative, and results-driven Digital Marketer with strong graphic design skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and design, with a proven ability to plan, execute, and optimise online campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Digital Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, search engines, and display advertising).
- Content Creation: Create compelling content and graphics for digital platforms, including websites, blogs, newsletters, social media, and online ads.
- SEO & SEM: Optimise website content for search engines and manage paid campaigns to drive traffic and increase visibility.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and analyse campaign performance using digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.), providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and marketing alignment.
- Design Support: Produce visually appealing marketing materials, graphics, banners, and promotional creatives to support digital campaigns.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and design trends, testing new strategies to improve results.
- Vendor/Partner Management: Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and media partners to maximise campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the travel, education, or student recruitment industry.
- Marketing Skills: Strong knowledge of digital channels (social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, PPC, content marketing).
- Design Skills: Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDraw, or similar).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with web content management systems and digital analytics tools.
- Creativity: Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to develop engaging campaigns.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Soft Skills: Strong organisational abilities, ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within the role.
Location: Ibadan (Onsite)
Remuneration: NGN 75,000 – 150,000 (Depending on qualifications and experience)
