Job Title: Growth Marketing Analyst
Location: Remote
Salary: N400,000 - N500,000
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Performance and Marketing Analyst to join our organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing marketing performance, monitoring campaign effectiveness, and providing actionable insights to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns (paid ads, SEO, social media, email, partnerships, etc.) to ensure ROI and effectiveness.
- Track customer acquisition, conversion rates, churn, and retention metrics across multiple marketing channels.
- Develop dashboards and performance reports for management, providing insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with the finance and growth teams to align marketing spend with overall business objectives.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in product positioning.
- Optimize campaign performance by testing creative, channels, and messaging.
- Monitor budget utilization and provide recommendations to maximize efficiency.
- Work with product and sales teams to support go-to-market strategies and product launches.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Marketing Analyst, Performance Analyst, or a similar role (preferably within fintech or financial services).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and strong data analysis capabilities.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to connect marketing performance to company growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment with cross-functional teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦400,000.00 - ₦500,000.00 per month
