Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Make daily outbound calls to customers to achieve performance targets.
- Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system and follow up on leads effectively.
- Drive loan product growth with innovative methods.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring retention and re-borrowing
- Follow up with clients or customers by phone, web chat, or email to check that they’re still satisfied with our services
- Letting our customers know about additional products or services that might benefit them Escalating queries and concerns when necessary
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience is required
- HND in any field of study
