Job Description
The sales Manager / Investment advisor will lead our sales team and provide expert guidance to clients on profitable real estate investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass the company’s sales target
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve individual and team goals.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, generating actionable insights to improve results.
- Identify new markets, emerging trends, and strategic opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
- Provide expert advice on real estate investments tailored to client's financial goals and risk tolerance.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, government regulations, and economic factors impacting real estate investments.
- Prepare and present customized investment proposals and financial models to clients.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process, from lead generation to closing.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Organize and participate in networking events, seminars, and exhibitions to promote RealtorMAX’s brand and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and materials.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Work closely with the operations teams to ensure project timelines and client expectations are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales management and investment advisory
- Strong knowledge of real estate markets, investment strategies, and financial analysis.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales performance tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve ambitious targets.
