As we scale across Nigeria and launch new product ranges, we’re looking for a skilled Cosmetic Scientist/Formulator to join our innovation journey.
? What You’ll Do:
Develop and refine cosmetic formulations using natural, skin-safe ingredients (cleanser, toner, serum, oils, emulsions, body care, etc.)
Conduct sample development, testing, and stability trials for new product lines
Collaborate on small batch production and process documentation
Guide and supervise early-stage pilot batches and packaging suitability tests
Ensure product safety, consistency, and ingredient compliance
? Who You Are:
A trained cosmetic chemist, pharmacist, or formulator with 2–5 years experience in skincare formulation
Passionate about natural ingredients and clean beauty standards
Familiar with preservatives, emulsifiers, pH balancing, and skin-safe actives
Able to work on a contract or freelance basis, with flexible hours
Detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to bring innovative ideas to life
