We are a fast-growing software and AI company with a fully built cold email infrastructure — 90+ mailboxes, advanced sending tools (Instantly), and in-house automations. We’re looking for a proactive and creative Email Marketer to own our outbound email campaigns from copywriting to lead conversion.

What You’ll Do:

• Research and identify high-quality leads in target industries (using your own methods or our in-house automations).
• Write persuasive, high-converting cold email copy for multiple offers and campaigns.
• Manage and execute outbound campaigns using our cold email infrastructure (90+ mailboxes + Instantly).
• Respond to inbound replies from prospects in a timely, professional manner.
• Qualify prospects and book appointments directly into our calendar.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine targeting, messaging, and conversion strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold email marketing, outbound lead generation, or a similar role.
• Strong copywriting skills with a knack for writing short, impactful messages.
• Understanding of cold outreach best practices, including deliverability and compliance.
• Comfortable using lead sourcing tools, scrapers, or databases (experience with automation tools a plus).
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Self-driven and able to manage campaigns independently.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with appointment setting.
• Familiarity with CRMs and pipeline tracking.
Understanding of different industry verticals and how to tailor messaging.
