KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- Take responsibility for Front of House including Reception and the waiting area
- Field incoming calls to schedule appointments and respond to patients' enquires
- Confirm appointments, communicate with patients and maintain and update patient records.
- Deal appropriately with incoming and outgoing mail and other channels of communication
- Provide general administration assistance to the Clinic Manager to include event support, and clinic upkeep.
- Have a positive attitude
- Ensure a positive client experience by exhibiting excellent customer service.
- Process financial transactions and perform daily opening and closing duties.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University
- Excellent customer service skills and strong teamwork mentality
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to work on Saturdays and Public Holidays
- Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Well groomed with a cheerful personality
- Social Media management experience will be an added advantage
