Title: Business Development Manager
Our client, a leading HR Consulting Company, is seeking experienced and result-driven professionals to join their team as Business Development Managers across multiple locations.
Locations: Port Harcourt
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the HR Consulting space.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to promote services in Learning & Development, Recruitment, and People Outsourcing.
- Achieve revenue targets by implementing effective sales strategies and expanding market
- presence.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Business Development within HR Consulting, Learning & Development, Recruitment, or People Outsourcing.
- Strong network of corporate clients and decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A self-driven, results-oriented professional with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
