Job Summary
We are seeking proactive and results-driven Relationship Managers to join our team in Port Harcourt. The ideal candidates will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet business and personal goals. You will drive customer satisfaction, grow account portfolios, and contribute to revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell products and services to meet client needs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate advice to clients.
- Monitor client accounts, transactions, and portfolios to ensure service excellence and client retention.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective relationship management and business development strategies.
- Conduct regular client visits, meetings, and follow-ups to build trust and loyalty.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on client activities, feedback, and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of client issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience as a Relationship Manager, Business Development Officer, or similar role in banking.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Good knowledge of the Port Harcourt business environment and market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
