Job Summary
We are recruiting for the role of Client Acquisition Associate – Sales & Marketing at a fashion consulting company. This role involves contacting fashion entrepreneurs through WhatsApp, email, and social media to tell them about our services and encourage them to work with us. You’ll be responsible for starting conversations, building trust, and converting interested contacts into paying clients. We’re looking for someone who is excellent at writing and communication, has a strong customer service approach, and knows how to connect with people in a way that builds interest and leads to action. You should be persuasive, polite, confident, and genuinely helpful in every interaction. You must be someone who can turn a message into a meaningful conversation and a conversation into a client

- Experience Level : Entry level

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Message and respond to fashion business owners via WhatsApp, email, and Instagram
- Clearly explain the value of our services in writing and in chat
- Start and maintain engaging conversations that lead to client interest
- Answer basic questions professionally and handle objections smoothly
- Follow up consistently and keep a record of all conversations
- Identify serious leads and forward them to the lead consultant Share feedback from potential clients with the team to improve our approach
Requirements:
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Confident and polite when messaging or chatting
- Ability to persuade and convert — not just inform
- Reliable, self-organised, and consistent with follow-ups
- Experience using WhatsApp, Instagram, and email professionally
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement is an advantage
