What you will be doing
- Support vendor acquisition strategy and meet key business targets
- Implement referral campaigns to grow active vendor base
- Identify and acquire strategic vendors aligned with long-term objectives
- Manage vendor acquisition pipeline and conduct due diligence
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful vendor onboarding
- Validate lead quality and complete vendor acquisition through SSU form
- Ensure vendors are properly trained and supported for platform success
- Monitor vendor performance and recommend process improvements
- Generate leads through tele acquisition and Salesforce
- Execute tasks based on established tools and performance metrics

Ensure vendors align with Jumia's brand values and customer needs
- Flawless English communication
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Ability to run a sales pipeline to drive organic sign-ups
- Good analytical skills
- Clear communication and reporting capabilities
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suites Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Ability to meet deadlines (Time Management Skills)
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Be a self-starter and have a strong drive to deliver results.
