Role Overview :
We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager with a strong background in media and marketing to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching campaign ideas, closing deals, and upselling to existing clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Proactively identify and research potential clients aligned with our services.
Build a strong pipeline of leads and convert them into paying clients.
Pitch customized campaign ideas and marketing solutions to prospects.
Pitching & Presentations:
Prepare compelling pitch decks tailored to client needs, along with the marketing and creative team.
Confidently present strategies and ideas to decision-makers.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine proposals and creative materials.
Account Upselling & Retention:
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
Maintain and nurture long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
Provide insights on market trends and client feedback.
Requirements:
Provens track record (3+ years) in business development or sales, preferably within a media/marketing/creative agency.
Demonstrated ability to pitch and close high-value deals.
Strong portfolio of campaign ideas and successful client wins.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in preparing pitch decks using PowerPoint/Keynote/Canva or similar tools.
A results-driven mindset with a passion for marketing and brand building.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and integrated campaigns.
