- Receive parts, items, and accessories by verifying quantities and sizes against the Bill of Lading and/or Delivery Note. Store products appropriately, report any damages, update stock records, and send stock receipt forms to Procurement and Accounting to enable proper stock movement for production purposes.
- Fulfill Sales Orders and Item Requests by checking stock availability, applying the FIFO system to move items from Store to Production (both physically and in the system), and ensuring timely delivery to avoid production delays. Support Sales in tracking orders for accurate billing.
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe storage areas with the support of assistant storekeepers during receipt and storage of generators and accessories. Perform periodic inventories to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- Handle over-the-counter sales of spare parts and related items, providing customers with a quick purchase option.
- Price and prepare items for maintenance contracts, BOQs for maintenance offers, and track items on hold (consignment) used by maintenance teams, monitoring spare part sales through maintenance activities.
- Conduct monthly and year-end inventory checks for spare parts and accessories, reconciling discrepancies when identified.
