We are looking to recruit an experienced Business Executive, who will be responsible for support the business growth effort of our Hospital. The candidate’s duties include conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and client leads, coordinating with the Commercial/Business development manager to conduct risk assessments, and maintaining beneficial relationships with clients and other business partners. The role involves direct field engagement, lead generation, partnership building and data-driven marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop rebus knowledge of all healthcare services and Liaise with departments to reach clients with the right message
-Visit Hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, corporate offices, and community health event to market services.
-Maintain and build relationships with Doctors of different specialties and generate referrals.
-Promote business expansion opportunities through successful field marketing programs.
-Analyzing competitors’ products to determine trends in the market, threat and opportunities.
-Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our products and services and drive qualified traffic to our centers and boost hospitals reputation.
-Educate potential clients on the organization’s healthcare offerings (e.g., wellness plans, diagnostic packages, specialty clinics.
-Build strategic relationships and partner with key corporates, government agencies and vendors.
-Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
-Attend relevant trade shows and events.
-Monitor industry trends and competitors activities.
-Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities.
-Document and share lead/customer intelligence demand and manage brand position.
-Network with individuals and business to generate and identify business opportunities.
-Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects.
-Meet potential client, by growing, maintain and leveraging your network an also explaining the hospital’s products and answering customer’s questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
-Measure and report on the performance of marketing, gain insight and assess against goals.
Requirements:
-BSc./BA/HND/NCE/OND in Marketing/ Business Administrative or related field.
-Two (1-3) years plus experience
-NYSC discharged certificate
-Knowledge of healthcare ecosystem, especially private hospitals, HMOs, diagnostics or Pharmaceuticals.
-Effective communication and Inter-personal skills.
-Proven experience in lead generation and client conversion.
Good Understanding of patient/client behavior in the healthcare sector.
-Must be a goal getter
-Effectively work with Microsoft office applications, including word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
