Responsibilities:

• Engage potential customers and promote our solar products/services.
• Build trust and educate customers on the benefits of going solar.
Hit sales targets and contribute to our mission of sustainable energy adoption.

Requirements:

• A self-starter with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in sales (bonus points if it’s in solar or related industries).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Tech-savvy enough to use basic digital tools.

What You Should Know Before You Apply:

• We expect professionalism and respect in every customer interaction.
• Our PowerPros program has different levels; moving up depends on meeting the required sales targets for each stage.
• This is a performance-driven role; consistently missing targets may result in removal from the program.
• The first stage is an assessment to test your skills and knowledge.
• It’s a timed test of 25 minutes, so ensure you have a good internet connection.
• You must score at least 80–85% to pass.
If you pass, you’ll be invited to an online interview to move to the next stage.
