Our client is looking to hire a Strategy and Investment Manager to drive Diaspora Business growth and repositioning.
LOCATION - Abuja
INDUSTRY: Construction/Real Estate/Investment
POSITIONS:
- Director of Investment (Home & Abroad)
- Business Development Manager (Diaspora Services) Technical Sales Lead (with background in Architecture, building, QS etc)
We are looking for individuals who are deal closers
To work closely with the Board of Directors to translate and implement the strategy
7 - 10 years in luxury Business/Sales and HNI liaison
High integrity and strong work ethics
Excellent use of technology tools
Experience with High Net-worth Individuals
Previous experience in a bank, Real Estate, investment or a PPP Project is required.
Educational background in either Architecture, Engineering, Building, QS etc is a plus
Stakeholder liaison, management & reporting
Strategic deal closer to advise the Board as needed
Availability to resume as soon as possible is an added advantage
