We are now seeking a Recruitment / Project Coordinator Intern who can help us attract the right talent, organize our internal hiring and onboarding process, and keep our creative projects on track across teams.
This internship is ideal for someone who’s highly organized, loves working with people, and is ready to grow in both HR and operations roles in a global remote team.
Position: Recruitment / Project Coordinator Intern
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 3 to 4 months
- Hours: 15–20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Compensation: Unpaid (Internship)
What You’ll Do
Recruitment Tasks:
- Help create and post job descriptions across platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Tally, etc.)
- Manage applications, screen candidates, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate written task rounds, feedback, and interview outcomes.
- Assist with sending out offers, contracts, and onboarding documents.
- Track team progress and update our volunteer/intern records.
Project Coordination:
- Keep track of project deadlines and weekly team goals.
- Communicate regularly with team leads (designers, web developers, etc.) to stay updated.
- Organize weekly status check-ins and team reminders.
- Maintain structured Notion dashboards or Google Sheets to monitor team progress. Ensure clear communication between departments (design, content, social media, tech).

✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✔ Good understanding of professional behavior and confidentiality
✔ Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, or Tally (or willing to learn)
✔ A passion for people and strong organizational skills
✔ Ability to follow up consistently without micromanaging
✔ Ability to self-manage and work asynchronously across time zones
✔ Bonus: Experience in recruitment, HR, team coordination, or remote volunteering
Applicants without relevant coordination or people-facing experience will still be considered if you can show potential and passion in your answers.
