- We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with established connections in the logistics, freight, or trade ecosystem.
- This is a high-impact, target-driven role for a commercially minded professional who can win new B2B business, manage relationships, and drive trade volumes.
- You will serve as our client’s primary commercial representative, generating leads, closing deals, and building a long-term portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure new business across freight, courier, warehousing, and project logistics
- Lead client acquisition, contract negotiation, and onboarding
- Represent Prime Next at industry events, trade forums, and client meetings
- Collaborate with operations for seamless service delivery
- Submit weekly activity reports to senior management
- Drive growth in line with company sales goals and defined KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B logistics, freight, or courier sales
- Proven track record in high-value deal conversion
- Deep understanding of port operations, customs clearance, and the delivery chain
- Must have existing leads or ability to generate business within weeks
- Structured, fast-thinking, and self-driven
- Fluent in English — written and verbal — with strong press.
