We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in the Travel & Tourism industry. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development, a strong client portfolio, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Location: Ikeja, Allen Avenue

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and portfolio)

:

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the travel & tourism sector.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to expand customer base.

• Leverage existing accounts and networks to generate consistent revenue streams.

• Develop sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets.

• Collaborate with management to align growth strategies with organizational goals.

• Prepare and present business proposals and performance reports.

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in Business Development within the Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality industry.

• Strong portfolio of existing accounts and proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and deliver results under minimal supervision.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.
