Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify, assess, and recruit potential loan clients
- Process loan applications & conduct credit appraisals
- Monitor loan disbursements and repayments
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Follow up on overdue payments and loan recovery
- Keep accurate records of transactions and client interactions
- Provide financial education and advisory services Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum SSCE (with microfinance experience)
- OND, NCE, or BSc preferred
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
