We’re seeking a Business Development & Growth Lead to drive revenue, expand our client base, and position CyberTech Nexus as a leader in the cybersecurity and IT sector .
Role Overview
The Business Development & Growth Lead will design and execute strategies that grow CyberTech Nexus across all three service areas. This role requires a results-focused leader with strong business acumen, the ability to develop new markets, and experience in selling high-value consulting and training solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Consulting Services Growth
- Identify and secure consulting contracts in cybersecurity, IT, and GRC .
- Develop tailored proposals for industries such as finance, healthcare, education, and SMEs.
- Position CyberTech Nexus as the go-to partner for compliance, risk management, and security solutions.
Training Services Growth
- Drive enrolment in cybersecurity, IT, and GRC training programs.
- Partner with organizations for bulk corporate training agreements.
- Promote CTN certifications to individuals and businesses.
Other Services & Partnerships
- Build strategic alliances to expand our service offerings.
- Develop partnership-based revenue streams through specialized add-ons and technology solutions.
Sales & Market Expansion
- Build a qualified pipeline for B2B and B2C markets.
- Execute campaigns targeting local and international markets (Nigeria, UK, US, Ireland, etc.).
- Meet or exceed agreed sales and revenue targets.
Marketing & Brand Positioning
- Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, webinars, and events.
- Highlight success stories and case studies to attract leads.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Gather and act on client feedback to refine service offerings.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record in business development or sales leadership (preferably in cybersecurity, IT, or training sectors).
- Strong understanding of consulting sales and corporate training markets .
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to design and execute growth strategies in a startup environment .
- Knowledge of compliance, cybersecurity trends, and IT services is a plus. Comfortable working in a results-driven, fast-paced setting.
Compensation: This is a startup role with a basic salary plus performance-based incentives. As you help grow the business and meet agreed targets, your salary will increase in line with company growth and results achieved.
